Because we use our unprocessed raw Organic Natural Hungarian Acacia Honey, we do not heat this recipe to preserve the nutrients and goodness of the honey. You will need to make 4/5 days ahead of when you plan to use it, but it will keep for about two months when stored in a cool, dark cupboard.

 

What you need ...

250g of Organic Natural Hungarian Acacia Honey
9g dried chilli flakes
25ml apple cider vinegar
30g Walnuts
A clean and sterilized glass storage jar.  

Method 

1. Pour the honey into the storage jar

2. Add the chili flakes and apple cider vinegar

3. Mix with a wooden spoon

4. Seal and leave in a cool dark cupboard for 4 days giving it a stir once a day if you want extra flavour.

5. Enjoy
