At Honey Heaven we are always looking for healthy breakfasts and Acacia Honey Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds is one of our favourite go to breakfasts.
What you need ...
2 tablespoons of Honey Heaven's Organic Natural Hungarian Acacia Honey
2 cups of oats
1 large cup of Greek or plant based yoghurt
½ Chia Seeds
1 punnet of raspberries
Method
Make sure you prep the overnight oats the night before they are needed.
Mix the oats, chia seeds and yoghurt altogether, and make sure you mix well.
Add two teaspoons of Organic Natural Hungarian Acacia Honey and mix well.
Find two airtight containers, place a layer of raspberries at the bottom, and pour an equal amount of mixture into each container.
Finish with a layer of raspberries at the top, seal, and place in the fridge overnight.
Open in the morning and enjoy!
