What you need ...

750g baby potatoes 
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon of Thyme

Method 

1. Parboil your baby potatoes

2. Pop them into a roasting tray with olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and dried thyme.

3. Cook until crispy and lovely and brown at 200 degrees.

4. Place on to your serving boil and generously drizzle with our Honey Heaven chilli honey

5. Enjoy!
