What you need...

  • 125 grams softened butter
  • 175 grams Honey heaven Organic Honey and Ginger
  • 1 large egg
  • 185 grams all-purpose flour
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 5 grams salt
  • 5 grams cinnamon
  • 60g of melted white chocolate
  • Edible eyes

Instructions...

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 170°C
  2. Prepare baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  3. Cream butter and honey: In a bowl, beat together the softened butter and ginger honey until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg: Beat in the egg until well combined.
  5. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Bake cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool and decorate: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and add some edible eyes. Let the white chocolate set and enjoy!
