Age of Consent:

Availability of goods:

If we are unable to supply an item for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we will not be liable to you. If an item is unavailable, we will try to inform you via the email address or contact telephone number you have registered with your account. Please make sure your details are kept up to date.

Accepting your order:

No contract of any kind exists between Honey Heaven Ltd and the customer until the order has been received and accepted by Honey Heaven Ltd and payment for the order has been received by Honey Heaven Ltd. We will send a confirmation email to the customer at the point that the order has been accepted.

Payment:

Honey Heaven Ltd shall be entitled to payment in full for the price of goods on the date that the customer’s order is placed. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage. In the event that a failed payment occurs, you agree to compensate us in full against all reasonable costs, expenses and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payment from you. This may include an administration charge not less than £25

What are Honey Heaven order processing times?

All customer orders are processed and dispatched same day if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday or before 10am on Saturday.

Honey Heaven Delivery Information:

We are obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name.

We strongly recommend using a private address no PO Box to ensure you receive your parcel and prevent your parcel being lost.

If you use a public/business location as the delivery address, Honey Heaven is not liable if the parcel is lost after delivery and a signature is present on the tracking.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates, UK National Orders:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customer UK:

Royal Mail tracked (2-3 working days) £4.70, Orders less than £40
Royal Mail tracked Next Day Guaranteed delivery. £7.50

International Orders:

Where does Honey Heaven ship to? Honey Heaven ships only to countries that are part of the EU or the EEA where cannabidiol (CBD) is legal for retail sale. You may find details on which countries are part of the EU and EEA here: https://www.gov.uk/eu-eea

Please note: The international laws surrounding hemp and cannabis. If you believe CBD is legal in your country within the EU, EEA or outside of the mentioned please Contact us and we will investigate.

What about international orders and customs fee issues?

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprises when clearing your package through customs. If you are unfamiliar with customs policies or fees, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Honey Heaven is also not responsible for goods that are seized by foreign or domestic customs agencies.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Honey Heaven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages:

Honey Heaven cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us to discuss options.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

Returns Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Honey Heaven. The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns Policy.

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email info@honeyheaven.co.uk or via our contact form stating why you are returning the product. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a tracked form of delivery for return.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions:

For defective or damaged products, please ensure you take a photo of the packaging, the item and the packing slip before Contacting Us

PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and we or our couriers reserve the right not to deliver the Goods if we are unsure of this or to request some form of ID.
