Each drop contains approximately 27mg of CBD. The UK Food Standards Agency recommends a maximum of 2 drops per day for healthy adults at this strength, equating to 54mg of CBD. The European Food Safety Authority guidance allows up to 7 drops per day. Start with a single drop and increase gradually. If you are currently taking any medication, consult your doctor before use.
Due to its high concentration, this oil can crystallise at room temperature. Follow these steps before each use to ensure it is fully liquid:
Boil water to maximum temperature using a kettle then allow the water to cool for one minute
Immerse the bottle up to just below the sealed cap in the hot water for five to six minutes
Shake the bottle vigorously and listen for a liquid sound to confirm the oil has fully mixed. You can also open the cap to check
If still partially crystallised, reboil the water and repeat for a further three to four minutes until completely liquid
After each use, always empty the pipette of any remaining oil back into the bottle to avoid clogging. As the oil is thick, the rim may become greasy over time, so wipe it clean occasionally to maintain hygiene.
To use the CBD oil, place 1-2 drops under your tongue and hold it there for about one minute before swallowing. This method allows for faster absorption due to the mucous membrane under the tongue.
If you find the taste too strong, you can add the oil to drinks, smoothies, or foods that do not require heating.
There is no need for any preparations before using Honey Heaven Full Spectrum Oil. It is recommended to start with a lower strength CBD oil and gradually increase to a higher strength if necessary. You can take 1-2 drops of oil twice a day or more if needed.
Internationally the European Food Standard Agency (EFSA) recommends, a daily dose of up to 200mg for non-medically licensed CBD is typically considered acceptable and safe. In the UK however, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends a healthy adult should not exceed the maximum daily dose of 70mg for non-medically licensed CBD
