    Please note this product is very thick, concentrated, potent and crystallises. So, before every use the bottle should be immersed below the sealed cap in very fully boiled hot water just under boiling for several minutes until the extract has completely dissolved into a liquid consistency, checking and shaking until liquid like sound is heard or uncapping the bottle to check it's liquid.

    Also after every use the pipette dropper must be completely emptied of any remaining oil back into the bottle. This oil is very thick and concentrated and once opened the rim can get greasy so occasional cleaning is required.

    Suffering from fibromyalgia i will give everything a try.
    So far I've slowly felt more pain relief and more supple and definitely a better night's sleep feeling better in myself.

    Please note, we purchased this product to try for our dog which isn't what it's advertised as.
